Refund and Exchanges
Ziptac do their best to offer returns on most items, ensuring that we keep our customers happy. Any item you wish to return must be in original condition and packaging. This return policy includes general stock only and is not applicaple to special orders or runout lines.
We offer both refund or exchange of product, and refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Exchanges are also subject to product availability.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to make a return please contact us via phone or email so that we can authorise this.
Shipping charges are non refundable and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expense. If the purchase is over $100 we will cover the shipment of the new item. (alternatively you will also need to cover this expense) . We recommend shipping via Australia Post and supplying us with the tracking number.
Alternatively, customers are welcome to come in store where we can process their return directly.
